Well, if I had £5 for every time I’ve seen someone driving whilst holding a hand-held device – I could retire tomorrow! It is absolutely mind blowing the amount of people who still use a hand-held device whilst “in control” of a vehicle. Some feel that if they hold their phone slightly away from their mouths, in front of them, then that is fine. Really? Does that actually make it legal? Be aware – it doesn’t!
